Hepatitis C treatment
Hepatitis C is curable. Treatment is simpler than you think.
Modern direct-acting antiviral medications cure Hepatitis C in most patients in 8–12 weeks with once-daily pills. No injections. No hospital stays. No interferon. The cure rate exceeds 95% and most patients experience minimal side effects.
We provide Hepatitis C care without barriers — including patients with active substance use, patients who have struggled to access care elsewhere, and patients who simply weren't aware treatment had become this straightforward.
Who should get tested
Most people with Hepatitis C have no symptoms. Testing is the only way to know. The CDC recommends testing for:

HCV antibody screening, followed by confirmation testing if reactive. We also assess liver health and screen for other conditions that may affect treatment planning.

Dr. Fatoki is a USCIS-designated civil surgeon — the only type of physician authorized to complete the Form I-693 immigration medical examination required for adjustment of status. USCIS will not accept an immigration physical completed by a regular physician.

The process, step by step

Book your appointment
Call or book online. Bring a government-issued photo ID, your vaccination records if available, and any USCIS appointment notices. Same-week appointments are typically available.

Medical exam
Dr. Fatoki completes the required physical examination and medical history review. Staff will review your vaccination records and administer any missing required immunizations.

Lab work
Required blood tests are drawn on-site. TB testing is administered and read at your follow-up visit if required. Results are typically available within 2–3 business days.

Sealed Form I-693
Once all results are in, Dr. Fatoki completes and seals the I-693 for submission to USCIS. Do not open the sealed envelope — USCIS will reject an unsealed form.

Only a civil surgeon can complete Form I-693
USCIS will not accept Form I-693 completed by a regular physician — it must be signed and sealed by a USCIS-designated civil surgeon. Dr. Fatoki holds this designation. Your form will meet all USCIS requirements.

Addiction is a medical condition. It deserves medical care.
Dr. Fatoki is board-certified in addiction medicine and a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (FASAM). At Great Heights Medical, addiction medicine is integrated with primary care — because addiction rarely exists in isolation from the rest of a patient's health.

We provide care without conditions, without judgment, and without requiring sobriety as a precondition for treatment. Research shows that treating Hepatitis C in patients with active substance use is effective, saves lives, and reduces transmission. Every patient deserves to be cured, period. If you also want support for substance use, we can coordinate that care as well.
Only a USCIS-designated civil surgeon is authorized to complete Form I-693 for adjustment of status. A general practitioner, urgent care physician, or family doctor cannot sign and seal an I-693 that USCIS will accept — even if they complete a physical examination. Dr. Fatoki is a USCIS-designated civil surgeon. If you complete your immigration physical elsewhere with a non-designated physician, you will need to repeat it. Save the time and cost by coming to us first.
